THE BENZHOR EFFECT
Benzhor Group built a website and a social media platform for a plastic surgeon entering the Scottsdale, Arizona market.
SITUATION
In 2009 Dr. Richard Brown, plastic surgeon, planned to open his office in Scottsdale, and needed a logo, website and digital media platform. He had very strong case studies and procedure descriptions from colleagues and national medical associations, but wanted to “personalize” them for his practice.
SOLUTION
Benzhor Group worked with the doctor to understand his business and communication goals. We brought on graphic design and web development associates to translate those goals to a new logo and the look and feel of the website. To ensure the proper content, we customized all the procedures to reflect Dr. Brown’s personal process and concerns. Creating over 40 pages of new technical content in just under two months, his site was launched as the basis of his communications strategy.
RESULTS
Dr. Brown is one of the most successful new plastic surgeons in Scottsdale, and has expanded his digital presence to include a blog, newsletters, Facebook presence and additional web content.
