SITUATION

Three friends, united by their love for fashion accessories, invented a fashion accessory that helps properly store and protect handbags and boots. The company had a complete and tangible business plan in hand that included the tools and information necessary for the company to launch even without further help from Benzhor Group, including marketing, operational and manufacturing strategies.

After following Benzhor Group’s suggested business plan, within two years of launching, the company was able to expand their product line and secure contracts with big box national retailers across the United States, including the Container Store.
